The service is fantastic and the atmosphere is great. Felt like a high end restaurant until we got our entrees. The ribeye was more like cheap tough sirloin. Dinner took an extra 15 min as I had to chew and chew and chew to take one bite. Really disappointing to have food that looks great but is really just poor cuts of meat. I seem to be having terrible luck at the grand Velas. The others at the table graded their meals as a B.
