1 / 2How do you describe a place that feels like a second home for your dog? We had to leave town unexpectedly due to a family loss, and Mac’s Pack truly stepped up. Our 5-month-old puppy boarded for 5 days and was treated better than Pharaoh’s pampered lapdogs (minus the plagues, plus belly rubs). Mac gave her extra attention, and the entire team showed genuine care from start to finish.
Before boarding, we had a meet-and-greet day, and afterward, we did a full walk-through of the facility (I was thoroughly impressed!). No sad kennels with the occasional walk here. Dogs get to play together during the day and sleep in the same room on comfy dog beds. It’s basically summer camp… but for dogs.
When we picked her up, she was so happily exhausted she slept in the next morning until 6 a.m.—a first! That alone deserves 5 stars.
Mac’s Pack knows how to care for dogs like they’re family.
Moses didn’t come along though he highly, highly recommends; he’s afraid of being mistaken for a chew toy and likely wouldn’t emotionally recovered.
