Genesis Of Columbia

Good experience buying a Genesis at the dealership. Horrible Service department. Scheduled an oil change on the app and nothing happened. Tried to call on 3 separate occasions and was on hold for long periods of time then transferred to voicemail. All I need is a simple oil change.

Called the dealership after they responded to my review with a weak call us at the regular # with no contact to ask for.
The Service manager admitted that they didn’t have the inventory/capacity to offer the service they promised when I purchased the car. Didn’t really seem to care that no one called me after I scheduled my appointment. They just ignored it and moved on. Crazy bad Service.
