Now for the one star. The food here is OK at best. The cost for that OK food is straight offensive. We spent over $80 on kids Mac and Cheese, an extremely plain hamburger (served with mayo to-go packets on the side and ketchup on the table), a decent 8oz sirloin, the most bland and fatty ridden brisket sandwich served outside of Folsom Prison, and the worst tasting Old Fashion ever made.
On top of that our food took over 30 minutes to arrive and wasn’t even on real plates; in baskets with paper.
Our server was stressed and I felt bad for her. She held her composure together well.
I’m convinced this is the worst place to eat on the river walk. It’s been hours since we left and I’m still angry about this meal. The only thing beneficial was that is was food. We could have gone to a McDonald’s and been happier.
