Not very nice for a Westin. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were forced to sit around in the lobby until 6pm to get a key. Service was below average. Room was beautiful…

Not very nice for a Westin. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were forced to sit around in the lobby until 6pm to get a key. Service was below average. Room was beautiful but it smelled like mildew. Felt like I would get sick from sleeping in there. The restaurants were below average. Slow service and sub par food. Would not return.
