1 / 1Warning!!!! We swapped out our rental car that had been broken into yesterday and they gave us a car that they knew had a giant screw in the tire. When I returned it shortly after I picked it up the guy cleaning the cars informed me that he knew about the screw and warned the manager, Dounya, that it had a screw in the tire. Crazy that they would put my family at risk like that. Especially since we had just been robbed. Also…they took it initially to fill it up with gas and brought it back over 3 gallons short ($19). Had to ask them to fill it up all the way. When I confronted the manager about the giant screw she said it was a minor problem and she would give me another car. You could feel it on the road at 10mph. Don’t trust this group!!!
