On a Friday afternoon, Wobble HiFi opens at 5pm sharp. We wobbled in at 4:58, which felt rebellious in a very punctual kind of way. The vibe is vinyl-forward: records spinning, staff grinning, and cocktails flowing to a beat from some funkier era. Big props on the creative environment!
But this place split our party like a late-night theological debate. Half of us vibed. The other half silently questioned their life choices after sipping the Mischievous Panther, which tasted like citrusy regret and a hint of GERD.
The Duke Negroni, on the other hand, was absolutely divine. So balanced, it could DJ its own vinyl set.
The ambiance depends on your soul’s playlist. Some might find it soulful and retro; others might find it cold, like a DJ booth built in an Apple store.
I would recommend if you have the right crowd and the right cocktail. Moses would skipped the Panther.
