Rubio’s Coastal Grill

We have been going to Rubio’s at least once a week for the last 12 years (no joke we loved Rubio’s!). Within the last year however, it has gone dramatically downhill! It now takes 20-40 min to get a basic bean and cheese burrito. The food is cold and portions are smaller. The orders are continually messed up . We keep trying, hoping they are fluke experiences, but yesterday was the last straw when we had another awful experience! They now also close at 6pm (which is an average dinner time!). There is never enough help and the line takes forever. They are continually running out of different food items (like BEANS!). When we have gone in, other people are just as frustrated because of wait times and messed up orders. We are so so sad because this used to be our favorite restaurant and now it has become unrecognizable. I’m not sure what is going on at this location but they need major help !
