We showed up for lunch with a party of 6 for this internationally famous restaurant (whatever that means). The place was maybe 40% full, so not exactly a cattle drive. We were told they needed about 10 minutes to clean a table. Fair enough. We waited. And waited. Ten minutes came and went. Then twenty. No table, no update, no acknowledgment.
At some point you start wondering if the table is being restored, not cleaned.
We finally gave up and walked next door to H3. Immediate seating, friendly staff, and good food. Everything we were hoping for, just not at Cattleman’s.
Hard to review the food when you never get to try it. But based on the experience, this one is a pass. Moses waited less time in the wilderness.
