M43 Burger & diner

After a long stretch of fried pork and white sausage, this Southern boy was about ready to wave the white flag. Then we found M43 Burger Bus Schneider Uwe—right there near Neuschwanstein, sittin’ like a beacon of American salvation.

First bite of that burger and I nearly stood up and sang the national anthem. Juicy, flavorful, crispy fries on the side—it was like the 4th of July had a food truck and parked it in Bavaria. You could tell these folks know their way around a grill. Felt like a couple of homegrown celebrities eatin’ under the Alps.
