Paradox Escape Rooms Denver

We did the music/band puzzle. Very creative puzzle. We had issues with 2 locks. One was broken and opened when tugged on. We didnt have the correct combo, so we kept trying other locks wasting time. Another lock was never set, just sitting on the table. So I spent half the time trying to figure out what order and where we were supposed to unlock that one. I tried to let the game master know of the issue but he just gave me a clue instead. It was a bit of a disappointing experience. We tried to move on but were confused because of this. There were 7 of us so we spent a lot for an hour to ultimately be let down. I would have given this at least a 4 if the two locks worked properly.

UPDATE: This is a delayed updated, but Steve reached out to me to discuss the issues we had and helped make things right. What great customer service! That sort of thing does not happen anymore. Updating my review to better reflect the quality of the ownership, their integrity and commitment to their customers!
